Home and To do

Home is the first screen after you sign in. It answers two questions: what do I want to do now, and what is waiting for me. The To do basket is computed from your diagrams; nothing in it is ticked off by hand.

What Home shows

From top to bottom:

• A greeting and a one-line summary, for example “3 things to do, including 1 HIGH check.” Select the HIGH part to see those checks in the basket.
• The box to ask or describe: What do you want to design or check? It is the Assistant's own box (see below).
• To do: the basket of what waits for you.
• Recent: your last diagrams as cards, with their status, revision, number of views, classification and last change. See all in the Library opens the full list.
• Workspaces: the workspaces you belong to, your role in each and their AI ceiling.
• Usage: your plan and your credits.

The box to ask or describe

Type in your words. iyedy works out what you want:

• A new system (“A claims platform with a mobile app, an API gateway, a claims service and a payments provider.”) becomes a new diagram, proposed for you to apply.
• A question or a change about a diagram goes to the Assistant of that diagram. The diagram it understood shows as a chip before you send; change it or remove it if it is wrong.
• “What do I have to do?” is answered at once from the basket. That answer is Instant: computed without AI, it uses no credit.

Nothing changes in a diagram before you apply it.

The To do basket

The basket gathers four kinds of items:

Items are grouped by day (Today, This week, Earlier), most urgent first. Filter by kind, or sort with Most urgent first or Newest first. In an organisation, switch between For me and Team. Open the To do view shows the basket alone.

Acting on an item

Each item has its main action, and more under its ⋯ menu:

• Open on the canvas: the diagram opens on the element concerned.
• Propose a fix: the Assistant prepares a change for a failing check. You review it, then apply it or not.
• Reply in the thread, Give my verdict.
• Export to Jira or Create a GitHub issue, when your organisation has set them up.
• Snooze: hide the item until tomorrow, until Monday, for a week or for a month. See the snoozed items brings them back.
• Accept the risk, for a check: write the reason and the date to review the decision by. The finding stays in the diagram, marked accepted, and leaves the basket.

Select several items to act on all of them at once. Right after an action, Ctrl Z undoes it while the message shows.

Why nothing is ticked off

To do is not a task list. An item leaves the basket when its cause disappears: the check passes, the proposal is applied or discarded, the mention is answered, the review is published. Snoozing and accepting a risk leave a trace, so the decision can be found later.

What this means for you

• Start your day on Home: the summary line tells you if something HIGH waits.
• Fix the model, not the basket: the item goes away by itself.
• In an organisation, look at Team to see what waits for your colleagues.
