Change the language
iyedy is in English unless you choose French. The choice belongs to your account: once you change it, every browser and device you sign in with follows it, and so do the sign-in pages and the e-mails iyedy sends you.

Before you start
- An iyedy account, signed in at app.iyedy.com.
- Nothing else: every plan offers both languages.
Change the interface language
- Open your account settings
Select your name or picture at the top right, then Account settings…
- Choose the language
In Language, choose Français or English. Default: English keeps the default.
- Save
Select Save. The interface redraws in the language you chose.
In a diagram, open the menus (Alt or F10), then View › Interface language. Or press Ctrl K and type “language”. Each language is written in its own words: Français, English.

Your browser's language never decides: iyedy stays in English until you choose French.
The Assistant's language
The Assistant has its own setting. Open the Assistant (Ctrl J), then Assistant settings, and set Answer language. Follow my typing answers in the language you write in.
These docs
The docs have their own switch, EN / FR, in the top bar. It keeps the page you are on. French pages live under /fr/.
If it doesn't work
The interface goes back to English on another computer
The choice is kept with your account once it is saved. Check that you are signed in with the same account, then choose the language again in Account settings… and select Save.
The sign-in page is in English
Before you sign in, iyedy does not know who you are, so it shows English. Use the language switch at the foot of the sign-in page; after you sign in, your own choice applies.
The Assistant answers in another language
The Assistant follows its own Answer language setting. Change it in Assistant settings.
