Assistant
The Assistant works inside the editor, on the diagram you have open. You type what you need in one box; it works out the job from your words, answers with the elements it relied on, and shows any change as ghosts on the canvas. Nothing changes in the model until you apply it, and every Apply can be undone.
Start here
Open the Assistant with Ctrl J in any diagram. If you are new to it, read how it decides what to do and what it promises, then try one change on a small diagram.
What the Assistant does
One box for every request, answers that cite your model, changes shown as ghosts.
Ask, review, apply
From a request to a change in your diagram, in one step you can undo.
What the Assistant reads
What leaves iyedy with a request, the classification ceiling and what is never sent.
How the Assistant uses credits
The estimate before you send, what is free and what happens when credits run out.
Assistant
Describe a system to get a first draft
Describe your system in a few sentences and get a first model to check and apply, instead of drawing every box by hand.
Ask questions about a diagram
Ask what depends on what, what a view shows or what changed. Answers cite the elements they rely on and say what the diagram does not state.
Find threats with STRIDE
Threat-model a data-flow view with STRIDE. Every flow that crosses a trust boundary is covered, and the threats join the diagram's review.
Bring images and PDFs
Turn a whiteboard photo, a sketch or a written brief into a first model you check and apply. Files are checked for secrets and never kept.
Background tasks
Let a long review, threat model, design or research run on the server while you keep working, or close the page, and open the result when it is ready.
Instant answers, free and without AI
Some answers are computed in your browser. They cost no credits, send nothing, and keep working when the AI is off or you are offline.
