Create an organisation
In iyedy, an organisation starts as a team on the Team plan. You name it, choose the seats, invite the first people and bring diagrams from My diagrams if you want. You become its owner. My diagrams stays yours, outside the team.

Before you start
- Your address is verified. iyedy asks you to verify it before you create a team.
- The Team plan: 24 € excl. VAT per seat / month or 240 € excl. VAT per seat / year, two seats at least, you included. See Plans compared and Free trials.
- For Enterprise (from 480 € excl. VAT per seat / year, 25 seats at least), write to the team first: see Enterprise.
Create the team
- Open Create a team
Choose Create a team… at the foot of the context selector, or in Plan and billing… the card Work as a team, then Create a team. The dialog reads Create a team · Step 1 of 3.
- Name it and choose the seats
Fill in Team name, for example Claims Architecture, and First workspace, for example Claims. Left empty, the workspace takes the team's name. Choose Seats and the Billing period, Monthly or Yearly. Tick I accept the data processing agreement (DPA) for the organisation., then Continue.
- Invite the first people
In Invite by e-mail, type one address per line, 50 at most. Choose Their role in Claims. A Contributor or an Editor takes a seat; without a free seat, the person arrives as a Viewer. You can invite more people later. Select Continue.
- Bring diagrams, decide about the Assistant
In Diagrams from My diagrams, choose the diagrams the team starts with, if any, then Copy or Move. They arrive as Drafts: your sign-off stays in their history, and the team's review decides. Tick Turn the Assistant on for the team to accept the AI addendum now, or leave it for later: see Turn on the Assistant.
- Create and pay
Select Create and go to payment. You finish on the secure payment page; the people you invite join the team once its subscription is recorded.
Back in iyedy, the app says Claims Architecture is created. and offers Open Claims Architecture. The context selector now lists the team beside My diagrams.
Copy or move

Later, any diagram can be copied or moved from the Library with Copy or move to…. A diagram under legal hold can only be copied.
Variants and limits
- Your Pro or Pro+ plan continues for My diagrams; the team has its own subscription.
- Ten teams at most per person.
- A team waiting for its payment lets nobody else join. Finish its subscription from the same dialog before you create another one.
- Your domain belongs to an organisation already. If an organisation manages the addresses of your domain, iyedy says so and asks you to request an invitation from it.
If it doesn't work
“Verify your address to create a team.”
Select Verify my address, type the 6-digit code iyedy sends you, then start again.
“Finish the subscription of your other team first.”
Another team you created is still waiting for its payment. Select Finish the subscription of your other team, then create this one.
“The Assistant is not available here: untick the AI addendum to create the team.”
Untick Turn the Assistant on for the team, create the team, then turn the Assistant on later.
