Enterprise
Enterprise is the plan for companies that need their directory, their own rules and a contract. It starts at 25 seats and is sold by year. Everything in Team is included; the defaults are stricter.

What Enterprise adds
- Your directory: single sign-on with SAML or OIDC, and SCIM so your directory creates, updates and deactivates members. See Provision users with SCIM.
- Your rules: policies for sharing, guests, classification and the AI, set for the whole organisation.
- Two-person approval, with at least two owners, for sensitive changes such as turning on an identity provider or raising the AI ceiling. See Two-person approval.
- Audit export, to keep the record of what happened in your own tools.
- Several organisations under one account, for example one per business unit.
- AI: 1,500 credits per seat a month, or your own AI key, by contract.
- A contract and invoices with your purchase order number.
Stricter defaults
An Enterprise organisation starts closed, and its owners open what they need:
- members get no personal workspace of their own;
- read-only public links and organisation-wide links are off;
- diagrams cannot be moved or copied to another organisation;
- guests may be limited to the e-mail domains you list;
- personal API tokens are off;
- the Assistant reads diagrams up to Internal, and never Restricted ones.
Price and contract
Enterprise costs from 480 € excl. VAT per seat / year, with at least 25 seats, billed by year. Your contract may allow up to 10% more seats than you bought, invoiced quarterly or yearly with your purchase order number. Credit packs are not sold on Enterprise: the credits are set by the contract.

Write to contact@iyedy.com, or select Contact sales on the Enterprise card in Plan and billing…. Say how many people will edit, which identity provider you use, and any rule your security team requires.
What this means for you
- Under 25 editors and one domain: Team is usually enough.
- A directory to sync, rules to enforce, or a purchase order to follow: Enterprise.
- In both cases viewers and commenters are free: count only the people who edit.
