Free trials
There are two free trials, and they work differently. A Team trial needs no card and pauses if you add none. The Pro trial asks for a card at the order and charges nothing before the trial ends, unless you cancel.

The Team trial
When you create a team, its 14-day trial starts at once, with every Team feature, 300 credits for the whole team and up to 10 seats. No card is needed; you accept the data processing agreement for the organisation. iyedy reminds you by e-mail before the trial ends.
To keep the team after the trial, an owner or billing administrator selects Add a payment method before the end. If nobody does, the team pauses: everyone can still read and export, diagrams are read-only and the Assistant stops, until a payment method is added in Manage billing. Nothing is deleted.
One trial per person and per company domain.
The Pro trial
The Pro trial comes from iyedy's ad offer. You choose monthly or yearly, Stripe asks for your card, and nothing is charged before the trial ends: the date and the amount of the first charge are shown before you confirm, and a banner in Plan and billing… reminds you of them.
- During the 15 days you have every Pro limit and 400 credits; credit packs come once the subscription has started.
- To stop before the first charge, select Cancel the trial. The trial goes on to its end, then the subscription stops and nothing is charged.
- At the end, Pro starts: the first charge is made and Pro's monthly credits replace what is left of the trial's.
- One trial per account, per person and per card. If you already had one, Order Pro without a trial takes you straight to the order.
What this means for you
- Trying iyedy alone: start on Free; it never expires. The Pro trial is for people who come from our ad offer.
- Trying with your team: create a team and use its 14 days to invite your colleagues, connect your diagrams and check the rules.
- Before a trial ends: decide. Add a payment method to keep the team, or cancel the Pro trial to pay nothing.
