Present a diagram
Present turns the diagram into a slide show without leaving iyedy. Each view becomes a slide that builds up in steps, so your audience follows the Claims Platform from its context down to its deployment.

Before you start
- A diagram with the views you want to show, in the order you want: reorder them in the Views list. Hidden views are skipped. See Add a view.
- Write a description for each view in the Inspector if you want speaker notes: the notes strip shows it.
- Anyone who can open the diagram can present it.
Present
- Start on the first view to show
Open the view to start from, for example the System context of the Claims Platform.
- Start the presentation
Press P on the canvas, or open the Share menu and choose Present. iyedy goes full screen and shows the view with nothing revealed yet, or its first step.
- Move through it
Press →, Space or PageDown, or click. Each press reveals the next step of the view: its zones, then its elements from one side to the other, then the relationships. After the last step, the next view comes.
- End it
Press Esc. iyedy comes back to the view and the zoom you had.

Good to know
- A Sequence view shows its lifelines first, then one message per step: the story unfolds in order. See Draw a sequence or dynamic view.
- The sheet looks like its export: the layers you set on each view (legend, title block, finding pins) show while you present. Hide the finding pins before a sponsor meeting. See Layers, annotations and grid.
- Offline or in a meeting room without iyedy, export the views to PNG or the PDF pack instead. See Export a view.
- Full screen depends on your browser; when it refuses, the presentation runs in the window.
If it doesn't work
A view does not come up
It is hidden. Show it again from the + menu of the Views list, then present again.
The arrow keys do nothing
The presentation needs the keyboard focus. Click once on the sheet (it moves one step), then use the keys.
The presentation stays in the window
Your browser refused full screen, or iyedy runs inside another page. Use your browser's own full-screen key.
