Limits by plan
This page lists the limits that change with your plan, and what happens when you reach one. Credits have their own page: Credits and credit packs.

Reading and commenting are never limited by a plan. The limits below are about what you create, edit and publish.
Active diagrams

- A copy of the sample you keep does not count. A diagram moved to the trash frees its place at once.
- When you go back to Free from Pro or Pro+, the 5 diagrams you changed most recently stay editable; the others become read-only until you free a place or upgrade. Nothing is deleted.
People who edit

On Pro and Pro+, the invited editor edits content but never shares, moderates comments or creates embed codes. A pending invitation to edit holds the place.
Read-only public links
A public link shows a diagram to anyone who has the link, read-only, on share.iyedy.com.

- Only a diagram classified Public can have a public link; creating one marks the diagram Public after you confirm.
- A link lasts 90 days at most, and needs a verified e-mail address.
- On Free, beyond 3 active links the newest are served and the others wait; they work again when you upgrade or end a newer one.

Named versions and the versions saved by applied proposals are part of the history. See Save and restore versions.
Seats
Team needs at least 2 seats and Enterprise at least 25. During a Team trial you can have up to 10 seats. Contributors, editors and owners take a seat; viewers and commenters are free. See Manage seats.
“Made with iyedy” on exports
On Free, exports carry a small “Made with iyedy” mention at the foot of the sheet, outside the title block. Pro, Pro+, Team and Enterprise exports carry none. A member with a seat in a Team or Enterprise organisation has no mention on the exports of their own diagrams either.

These limits apply to every request your session or your API tokens make, with short bursts allowed so that opening a page or two tabs never stalls. Above them, iyedy asks you to wait a moment. See Rate limits and errors.
