Organisations
An organisation is where a team works on shared diagrams: members, workspaces, roles, a review with four eyes, and rules the administrators set. It comes with the Team and Enterprise plans.
My diagrams is yours alone, on every plan, including Pro and Pro+. You share a diagram with a person, sign off your own versions and ask for opinions without any organisation. See Share a diagram and Sign off your own version.

Setting up a team for the first time? Follow the path for administrators: create the organisation, invite the members, give the roles, then decide about the Assistant.
I run an organisation
The pages to read in order, from creating the team to the AI rules.
Create an organisation
Name, seats, invitations and the diagrams you bring, in three steps.
Set up
Invite and manage members
Invite people into your organisation as members or guests, change their role, suspend or remove them, decide access requests and export the list.
Roles and permissions
Three layers of roles: the organisation's (Owner to Guest), the account's (billing, security), and each workspace's (Viewer to Owner). Which take a seat.
Workspaces
Group diagrams and the people who work on them. Create a workspace, set its default role and its people, rename it, archive it or restore it.
Identity
Verify your domain
Prove with a DNS record that your organisation owns its e-mail domain, before single sign-on. There is no screen for it in iyedy yet.
Set up single sign-on
Let your members sign in with your company account, through SAML or OIDC. There is no screen for it in iyedy yet; support helps you meanwhile.
Provision users with SCIM
Create, update and deactivate members from your identity provider with SCIM 2.0. There is no screen for it in iyedy yet.
Data and AI
Classification and AI ceiling
Four levels say what a diagram holds: Public, Internal, Confidential, Restricted. They decide links, guests, and what the Assistant and Claude may read.
Turn on the Assistant for your organisation
In Team and Enterprise, the Assistant is off until an owner accepts the AI addendum. Turn it on, set what it may read, and follow every call.
Claude and MCP for your organisation
In Team and Enterprise, connected assistants cannot reach your diagrams until support turns MCP on. How to ask, what they may read, what members do next.
Governance
Dual approval for sensitive changes
On Enterprise, turning on the Assistant, raising what it may read or turning on web research asks a second owner or security administrator to approve.
Audit log
See who did what in your organisation, and when. Filter by members, workspaces, invitations, rules, diagrams or sign-ins. It never holds diagram content.
